Bulky Item Surcharge

To ensure proper washing, drying, and handling, the following additional fees apply:

Duvets (any size): +$10 each

Medium, large, or extra-thick blankets: +$10 each

Mattress toppers: +$20 each

Pet beds: +$20 each

Other oversized or bulky items: Fees may vary based on size and material.

• Stain Removal - $3.99/stain (to ensure stained items receive proper treatment, please place them in a separate bag & label the bag "Stains" prior to pickup)
  
• Excess Debris Removal Fee: Orders requiring unusual amounts of trash or debris removal before processing may incur a $10–$35 labor fee, depending on the time required.

• No charge – Normal lint, an occasional tissue, or a few small items.

• $10 – Moderate amount of trash or debris that adds several minutes of cleanup.

• $20 – Excessive debris requiring significant sorting and cleanup before the order can be processed.

• $35+ – Extreme cases (for example, bags of trash mixed in with laundry, biohazards, or conditions that require extensive cleaning of your equipment or workspace). In some cases, you may instead refuse service.

• Same Day Delivery - $10 (available for orders <75lbs total. Please include a note with your order, or message us prior to your pickup day)
• Rush Delivery - $10 (for large bulk orders >100lbs who specifically request 24 hour turnaround)
• Fluff & Fold Laundry Bags - $10 each (message us to purchase with your order)

• Missed Pickup Fee - $17
• Unprocessed Order Return Fee - $22
• Late Charging Fee - $10 (may apply when more than 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact for payment have been made)
• Out-of-Route Delivery Fee - $10 (may apply when an order cannot be delivered on its original scheduled route & requires a separate trip)
• Early Subscription Cancellation- $17 (If pickups are canceled before 5 repeat orders have been completed, within a year long period of the initial repeat sign-up)

*If pickups are repeatedly skipped over & over again, before 5 pickups are completed in a year, an Early Subscription Cancellation fee will be applied & your repeats will be cancelled for inactivity*
