Return & Refund Policy

At Fluff & Fold LV, we take great care in providing high-quality laundry pickup and delivery services. Because laundry services are time- and labor-based, the following policies apply to all orders.

Returns

  • We are a pickup and delivery–only service and do not offer customer drop-offs or pickups.
  • If an order cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, cancellation after pickup, or customer request, a $22 return delivery fee applies.
  • The return delivery fee must be paid before unprocessed items are returned.
  • Partial orders are not accepted. Orders are processed as a single load and cannot be split or partially serviced.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any approved refund or service credit is limited to a maximum of $50 per order.
  • Refunds do not include service fees, delivery fees, or return delivery fees.
  • Once an order has been washed, dried, or processed, it is non-refundable (in most cases).

Pricing & Minimums

  • All services are priced per pound, as clearly stated on our website and booking platform.
  • A $54 minimum order applies to all wash & fold services.
  • Pricing shown during scheduling reflects the minimum order and is not a flat rate or price cap.

Shrinkage & Fabric Care

  • We follow customer-selected care preferences; however, we are not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric changes that occur due to garment composition, manufacturer limitations, or previous wear.
  • Certain fabrics and international garments may shrink even when care instructions are followed.
